Hyderabad, Telangana: Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a spiritual visit to the Sri Ujjaini Mahakali Temple in Hyderabad, amidst stringent security measures, as reported today.
During his visit, temple priests presented Prime Minister Modi with a divine token—a photo frame of the revered Goddess. Prior to this, Modi had spent the preceding night at the Raj Bhavan.
Following his temple visit, the Prime Minister proceeded to Sangareddy district, where he is slated to launch projects amounting to an impressive Rs 6,800 crore. Additionally, Modi is scheduled to address a rally in the area.
In a move to boost research and development (R&D) activities within the civil aviation sector, Modi will inaugurate the Civil Aviation Research Organisation (CARO) center at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad. This state-of-the-art facility, constructed at a cost exceeding Rs 350 crore, is designed in compliance with 5-STAR-GRIHA Rating and Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) norms.
Furthermore, Modi is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation for three National Highway projects, among other initiatives, during his visit.
The Prime Minister’s visit underscores the government’s commitment to fostering development across various sectors, while also acknowledging the cultural and spiritual heritage of the region.
